We believe that birth is a normal, natural life event that can be trusted, a process designed by a wise and loving Creator. We are grateful for the medical technology that can save the lives of mothers and babies in the event of complications. However, most emergencies could be prevented if uncomplicated birth was viewed as part of nature instead of a medical event. We believe every woman has the right to choose a natural, empowering, beautiful birth experience, in the location and with the people of her choosing. We believe that when a woman is prepared and supported, she can do it!
